Unleashed + Crossfire Integration

Crossfire integrates directly with Unleashed's inventory management system to automate the flow of orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory data between Unleashed and your trading partners. Specific workflows include: retailer purchase orders appearing automatically in Unleashed; sales orders being pushed to your 3PL for fulfilment; invoices being sent electronically once an order is completed; shipping and tracking information being updated back into Unleashed; and 3PL inventory counts syncing back to your Unleashed stock levels.

Crossfire is designed to scale, with options for SMEs and large multi-entity enterprises. It's particularly well-suited to businesses handling around 50 or more orders per month, or where manual data entry has become a bottleneck. Crossfire's pricing model, a one-off setup cost plus a fixed monthly fee per connection, regardless of message volume, makes costs predictable as your order volumes grow. 

Crossfire integrates with a wide range of inventory management, ERP, and accounting systems, including Unleashed, Cin7, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and others. However, if you're an Unleashed user, the Crossfire integration is purpose-built for your setup and can be configured quickly using Crossfire's existing Unleashed connection library.

Most new trading partner connections are completed within 6–10 weeks, with timing often dependent on the retailer's or 3PL's own testing responsiveness rather than Crossfire's setup time.
