How Unleashed Increased evre. Volume Without the Workload
In 2022, Maree Glading founded evre. in Auckland, New Zealand, after her teenage daughter became interested in skincare. The evre. team were focused on creating skincare that’s 100% natural, gentle, hormone-friendly and safe for teenage skin.
Since then, evre. has expanded into the US, launching in stores, including Whole Foods Markets, Kroger, and Sprouts.

The Challenge
Before Unleashed, the team used spreadsheets to keep on top of their inventory. However, with large spreadsheets, evre. were losing visibility, leading to errors and stopping them from being on top of their orders.

Onboarding
Unleashed was recommended to the team as a cost-effective system that would allow evre. to grow. The team were buying packaging, assembling bottles and formulations and moving into a 3PL warehouse. They needed an inventory management system that could manage every touchpoint in their supply chain – Unleashed ticked all the boxes.

Matt Oliver, Head of Operations, took advantage of the Unleashed Academy to get to grips with the software. Because of the training resources he could access, Matt didn’t require any support to navigate the software and was able to see the data he required straight away.
BI Vision
BI Vision has allowed the team to get a quick snapshot of which products are performing, sales numbers, and compare it to previous weeks, months and years. Because evre. use a lean team model, having easy access to vital data to share with the wider team has been important.
“When it came to Monday, I would be presenting back to the leadership team, [highlighting] the performance for the previous week. I would then be spending a couple of hours every Monday morning creating a dashboard that drills home the performance of the business so that they can then get on with their day, because they don't want to be stuck in the numbers. They want to be making decisions, looking forward, and getting on with their normal job.

Integrations
evre. have a range of plug-in and play integrations in Unleashed, from Xero to SPS Commerce. Matt can easily manage stock and where it lives from one central hub, reducing manual work by knowing his data is accurate.
“The shipment comes back into Unleashed, and the status of the shipment changes to 100% shipped. Then I know that it's on its way, and I click complete. That whole order is just done in one smooth motion, where in the past that would take me well over half an hour, an hour for that entire process to happen.” – Matt Oliver, Head of Operations.
The integration with Amazon and Shopify allowed the team to build out the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) side of the business. Soon, evre. will be adding TikTok shop to their list of integrations.

What’s next for evre.?
The evre. team are looking to continue their expansion into the US by adding to their list of nationwide retailers within the next year, focusing on brand recognition and getting products off the shelf.
Expanding Unleashed
Because of their experience with Unleashed, the team are looking to add to their Unleashed inventory management software to combat challenges, such as better understanding their rate of sales within a store or which SKUs are going to sell best.

As evre. expanded from New Zealand into major US retailers, spreadsheets could no longer support their growing inventory complexity. By switching to Unleashed, the team gained real-time visibility and a single source of truth - allowing them to scale sales without increasing workload.
