Unleashed Referral Partner Programme Agreement 

Getting Started 

To join the Unleashed Referral Partner Programme, you'll need to: 

1. Complete the online Referral Partner registration process and opt in to receive ongoing communications from Unleashed. 
2. Accept this Referral Partner Agreement and the Unleashed Terms & Conditions. 
3. Nominate at least one team member to complete the Unleashed Referral Partner Introduction Session. 

Please note that participation in the programme is subject to approval by Unleashed, and we reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.

What You Can Expect from Unleashed 

As an Unleashed Referral Partner, you'll have access to a range of benefits designed to help you educate, engage, and support your clients. 

Enablement & Support 

We will provide: 

• A complimentary Unleashed account for training, testing, demonstrations, and solution design. 
• Access to your clients' Unleashed accounts without requiring an additional licence. 
• Dedicated support from our Partner Management and Sales Support teams. 
• Ongoing training and enablement resources. 
• Sales collateral, case studies, product information, and customer success materials. 
• Assistance with customer questions and issue resolution.

Sales & Business Development Support 

• Online sales consultation sessions for qualified opportunities. 

• Onboarding assistance for referred clients. 

• Introductions to Unleashed Implementation Partners where appropriate. 

• Co-marketing opportunities. 

• Access to exclusive offers and promotions for your clients from time to time.

Partner Rewards

• Referral commissions for successful customer introductions. 
• Access to PartnerStack for referral submissions, commission tracking, reporting, enablement resources, and programme updates. 
• Visibility into your referral activity and performance.

Important Note About Your Partner Account

Your complimentary Unleashed account is provided for: 

• Learning and accreditation 

• Demonstrations 

• Testing and solution design 

• Client advice and support 

It is not intended to replace user licences that would normally be required for a client to operate their business within Unleashed.

What We Ask of You 

As an Unleashed Referral Partner, you agree to: 

Promote Unleashed

• Actively promote and recommend Unleashed to suitable clients and prospects. 
• Where practical, include information about Unleashed on your website, including links and logos provided by Unleashed.

Represent the Brand Positively

• Promote Unleashed in a professional manner consistent with our values and brand standards. 
• Act honestly, ethically, and in the best interests of your clients.

Support Client Success

• Provide advisory support to clients considering or using Unleashed. 

• Collaborate with Unleashed throughout the sales journey where appropriate. 

Please note that implementation services are delivered by Unleashed or approved Unleashed Implementation Partners. If your organisation wishes to provide implementation services, a separate Implementation Partner application is required.

Stay Engaged

• Maintain at least one active and trained employee within your organisation. 
• Aim to refer at least one qualified client opportunity annually through PartnerStack. 
• Remain engaged with your designated Unleashed Partner Manager and respond to reasonable requests relating to partnership activities.

Follow Programme Guidelines

• Comply with this Agreement and the Unleashed Terms & Conditions. 
• Use PartnerStack and associated programme resources responsibly and professionally.

Programme Eligibility Requirements

The Unleashed Referral Partner Programme is free to join.

To participate, you should:

Business Alignment

Operate in a complementary service area such as:

• Accounting 
• Bookkeeping 
• Business advisory 
• Technology consulting 
• Systems integration 
• ERP and software advisory services

Partner Accreditation

At least one team member must complete the nominated Unleashed accreditation programme within 30 days of joining.

Active Partner Status

Partners are encouraged to maintain active status by referring at least one customer that becomes an active Unleashed subscriber each year.

Referral Rewards & Benefits

Referral Commission

Referral Partners are eligible to receive a one-time commission of USD $500 (or local currency equivalent) when: 

1. A referred customer subscribes to an eligible Unleashed paid plan. 

2. The subscription remains active for 90 consecutive days.

Commission payments will be released after the 90-day validation period. 

Referral Partners may choose to:

• Receive the commission payment directly. 

• Receive the commission and pass it on to their client. 

• Elect not to receive the commission payment. 

Unleashed Lite - Commission Exclusion

Referral commissions do not apply to customers who subscribe to the Unleashed Lite package. The USD $500 commission is only payable when a referred customer subscribes to an eligible paid plan, including Core and Pro plans, or any successor plans designated by Unleashed as commission-eligible. 

Partners are welcome to refer clients who may be a good fit for Unleashed Lite; however, no referral commission will be payable for those subscriptions. If you have any questions regarding plan eligibility, please contact your Partner Manager before submitting a referral.

Referral Partners may gain access to exclusive promotions or discounts that can be offered to eligible clients.

Receive a free Unleashed account for learning, demonstrations, enablement, and ongoing product familiarity.

Marketing Toolkit 

Access a range of promotional resources including: 

• Partner badges 
• Sales collateral 
• Case studies 
• Product guides 
• Presentation materials 
• Website listing opportunities

Ongoing Training

Stay informed through:

• Product education 
• Sales enablement sessions 
• Best practice resources 
• Product update webinars 
• Roadmap briefings

Dedicated Partner Support

Access assistance from: 

• Your Partner Manager 
• Sales enablement teams 
• Partner support resources 
• Technical support teams

PartnerStack Portal Access

PartnerStack provides a central hub to:

• Submit referrals 
• Track referral status 
• View commission payments 
• Access partner resources 
• Monitor performance 
• Stay informed about programme updates

Additional Programme Information

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone:

• Clients contract directly with Unleashed. 
• Clients are billed directly by Unleashed. 
• The Unleashed Sales team may assist in qualifying, positioning, and closing opportunities. 
• Customer onboarding is delivered by Unleashed or an approved Implementation Partner. 
• Referral commissions are not payable to organisations acting as the implementation partner for the same customer engagement. 
• Referral commissions and programme administration are managed through PartnerStack. 
• Unleashed may introduce updates, enhancements, or changes to the programme from time to time.

Duration of Participation

Your participation in the Unleashed Referral Partner Programme will continue until either party chooses to end the relationship. 

Either party may conclude participation by providing one month's written notice. 

Notwithstanding the notice period above, Unleashed may immediately suspend or terminate a Partner's participation in the Referral Partner Programme if the Partner materially breaches this Agreement, including but not limited to: 

• Misuse of Unleashed intellectual property, trademarks, branding, or marketing assets; 

• Breach of the Paid Search and Advertising Restrictions set out in this Agreement; 

• Fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or non-genuine referral activity; 

• Failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations in connection with participation in the Programme; or 

• Conduct that, in Unleashed's reasonable opinion, may damage the reputation, goodwill, or commercial interests of Unleashed. 

Where appropriate, Unleashed may elect to suspend participation while investigating a potential breach. 

Any unpaid commissions associated with referrals obtained through activities that breach this Agreement may be withheld, cancelled, or deemed ineligible at Unleashed's sole discretion. 

We may occasionally update this Agreement or the Programme to improve the experience for our partners and customers. Where practical, we'll communicate material changes in advance.
