How to Create and Use the Unleashed Sandbox
Learn how to create and access an Unleashed Sandbox — a safe, separate copy of your live account where you can test workflows, validate imports and explore Unleashed without affecting real data.
In this Academy demo, we cover the full setup process: creating the Sandbox from My Account, confirming creation via Tasks, and opening it from your Accounts list. You'll also learn how to recognise when you're in the Sandbox using the orange label and red banner — so you never mix it up with your live account.
The Sandbox is built from a backup taken within the previous 24 hours, runs independently from your live account, and is automatically deleted after 21 days. The expiry date cannot be extended and deleted Sandbox data cannot be restored.
