Ready2Go Furniture is a wholesale office furniture retailer that sells office furniture to retailers all across Australia. Adam Tobias, owner and operator of Ready2Go has worked in the industry for seven years and spotted a gap in the market. Five years ago, he noticed that import solutions for office furniture were severely lacking. Ready2Go was created to supply office furniture retailers with a large range of modular furniture solutions for the office.
Out with the old, in with the new
Ready2Go Furniture was using an old inventory system prior to Unleashed. While it was functioning capably, it was inflexible and couldn’t reflect their changing business practices. Under this inventory management system, they frequently received feedback from customers that their paperwork was not clear. This prompted the need for a better inventory management software.

Adam strongly believes that the customer defines their business. With this in mind, they selected Unleashed as their inventory management software so they could make it easier for their staff and customers. It expedited their picking time and customers don’t query all the orders they receive.
Unleashed appealed to Ready2Go Furniture as it was the only one sponsored by their accounting software, Xero, at the time.

Ready2Go Furniture has drastically improved their business processes with Unleashed. “From audit to dispatch to invoice, Unleashed enables us to get the order, enter it, print the paperwork, picked and delivered, and invoiced,” explains Adam.

Being a cloud-based software, Adam finds it reassuring that there is no need for hardware servicing, “always knowing that the data in our inventory won’t be affected is a good peace of mind.”
Since its implementation in 2013, Unleashed has resulted in a threefold increase in their sales. Initially, Adam was worried that Unleashed was so simple that it wouldn’t be able to grow with the company. But now, he recognises that it would be nearly impossible to sustain such growth any other way.
With Unleashed, Ready2Go Furniture has found it easy to generate business reports and manage their inventory. This has hugely benefitted the way they work and greatly improved their customer satisfaction.
