Rebecca Domorev loves a good cup of quality tea, something she’s helping to bring to the Australian market as Director and Co-Founder of Tielka Specialty Fairtrade Organic Tea. Tielka was established in 2008, after finding a gap in the market for fine teas that could be sold wholesale to upmarket restaurants and niche cafes.

As a growing business, they used Excel spreadsheets and checked inventory by sight, something Rebecca says was stressful and meant they often ran out of stock. It wasn’t until 2013 when they implemented Unleashed Software to manage their inventory that the stress was taken out of growing their business.

“As we were growing it was important to ensure we could control our inventory and our customers had constant access to our products,” Rebecca says.

That constant access is important to Tielka’s wholesale products who need to be sure they can offer a tea range to their own customers, who won’t understand if the stock runs out. It’s about creating customer trust. Another part of that trust is being able to track all of their fair trade and organic ingredients individually, so Tielka’s wholesale customers can trust the product is genuine.

With Unleashed Tielka is growing their brand with instant access to their inventory levels. They now have the ability to ensure they don’t run out of stock, or have to resort to sending part shipments while they’re still ordering more in.
Running their business with no inventory stress means Rebecca now has time for, of course, a really good cup of tea. Try Unleashed today to grow your business like Tielka.
