From 1 Week to 20 Minutes: How Almighty Transformed Their Beverage Stock Take with Unleashed
Almighty started in Wellington, New Zealand, with Ben Lenart and a few of his friends making hand press juices in a café in Milk Crate, NZ back in 2015. A few years later, they’d decided to scale up the business. Almighty partnered with Pure Bottling, allowing them to produce more units and later added canned sparkling water to the Almighty product line up.

Knowing the importance of staying hydrated and active, the Almighty team want to create products that support better drinking decisions and a balanced lifestyle. All of Almighty’s juices and sparkling water do not contain any additional sugar, artificial sweeteners, or flavourings. All juices are organic, separating Almighty from their competitors.
Their products are available to buy in multiple locations across New Zealand and Australia in both in cafes and supermarkets.
The Challenge
A challenge that Almighty had was keeping in line with their 3PLs and ensuring their warehouse figures matched their reporting. Before using Unleashed, Almighty were using Excel to keep track of stock, and it was proving difficult. The 3PL's warehouse stock counts weren't matching their reporting and it was virtually impossible to align, resulting in financial consequences.

The Almighty team turned to Unleashed to help get their numbers in line. Previously, when using Excel, their annual stock take used to take a week as their numbers did not match how much stock was in the warehouse. They also needed to break multiple Excel sheets apart when attempting to get their numbers to match.

Onboarding
Almighty chose Unleashed because of the ease of getting the system set up. The Unleashed team were on-hand helping Almighty to see everything they needed from the get-go. They’d found with previous systems; they weren’t getting the support that they needed.

If we had just started setting everything up on our own, everything would have been loaded incorrectly. We would have missed half the features we could have been using. Real-Time Inventory Tracking
Since adopting Unleashed, Almighty are able to see how much inventory they have in real-time.
They’re most measurable benefit is the ability to track their sales history in real-time through inventory tracking. Because of this, they can identify which products are selling the best, allowing them to switch their focus and push those products. They are also able to see which products aren’t selling as well. Because of this, they’ve seen a difference in revenue.
Batch Tracking Made Simple
Batch tracking has been the biggest benefit for Almighty. They can easily find a specific batch and how much they have of it at any time. They’ve found that, on a rare instance, if something goes wrong, they can easily track it down, figure out where it is and what they need to do with it.
Seamless Shopify Integration
Almighty sell all their products and merchandise through Shopify and with their growth in Australia they needed a seamless integration that didn’t need much attention. The Almighty team were able to plug in their Australian business into Unleashed. They have seen a big change because of this - it’s become easier for the Almighty team to keep track of all their products and are now able to process more orders.

Since using Unleashed, Almighty’s annual stock take now takes 20 minutes compared to taking a week previously. This is because of the features, such as real-time inventory tracking, Almighty have been able to ensure stock levels are accurately aligned in both the warehouse and on their software, keep an eye on batches, and take more orders though the seamless Shopify integration.
