experienced and award-winning Customer Engagement Teams. Our team are based in offices around the world – Bristol in United Kingdom, Auckland in New Zealand, and Melbourne in Australia. They might be countries apart, but they’re on the same page in their commitment to outstanding service.

Available to all users is access to our community and our knowledge base resources, including: 

Receive web-based advice and guidance from an expert on how to complete tasks.

This guidance is specific to you and your situation so that the advice is quick and easy to follow.

Access our specialized webinars featuring business insights and advanced concepts.

Unleashed University contains in-depth courses and learning paths to develop user knowledge, confidence and effective use of Unleashed. This is ideal for new users or existing users needing to train in new contexts of Unleashed.

The users you provide University access to can be the same or different to the users permitted to raise a support case. Their University access can be updated any time.

Whether you’re on an Essentials or Standard CSP, account owners will need to assign users to raise support cases. For Standard CSP accounts – you’ll also need to assign user access to University.  

To do this, within Unleashed: 

  1. Click on Settings > Security > Users 
  2. Find the user you want to assign 
  3. Select the check box for Support and/or University
