Set credit limits for customers
Does your sales team know if the customer has any outstanding invoices? Without the visibility over outstanding invoices, you’re putting your business at the risk of bad debt by overselling to customers.
You can now keep tighter control over outstanding invoices in Unleashed and Xero by setting credit limits for customers. This feature automatically syncs and updates the value of outstanding customer invoices from Xero.
Once a credit limit is set, you’ll have better visibility over the amount owed by each customer. This will help you decide whether you want to continue their line of credit.
Configuring Tracking Categories in Unleashed
Xero’s Tracking Categories feature enables easier reporting by eliminating the need to add multiple account codes. You can use this feature to categorise sales and purchases into groups by sales channels, departments, regions and more. See how different areas of your business are performing and drill down on your financial reports to make proactive business decisions.
With the peak holiday season fast approaching, you don’t have time to spare manually categorising sales invoices and purchase invoices in Xero.
Now, you can configure Xero’s tracking categories to automatically match what’s entered into Unleashed. With each purchase and sales order made in Unleashed, the tracking category will also be displayed in your Xero sales invoices or purchase orders.
