The Best Manufacturing Software With Great Customer Service

Reinforcing Unleashed’s reputation for great performance, SoftwareAdvice.com got in touch this week to say Unleashed had been ranked in their “Best Manufacturing Software With Great Customer Service” category.

“So how do you know which manufacturing software providers have the best customer support before you invest?” asked Andrew Conrad of SoftwareAdvice.com on their company blog. “The key is looking at user reviews.”

The Gartner-owned firm ran sentiment analysis on more than 300 reviews to see how real people feel about the customer support of specific manufacturing software providers and found that Unleashed scored the highest of all manufacturing software providers.

Software Advice also outlined some key questions businesses should also themselves when rating a software’s customer service:

  • Is it there when you need it? When you run into a problem, you should be able to get a solution quickly so you can get back up and running
  • Are the reps courteous? If your rep can help you during the onboarding and training processes, you can avoid some problems in the first place
  • How available is it? Whether it’s mobile or online chat, the best providers provide multiple channels for customers to reach them on
