We were really chuffed when Danielle Dadello, our new Training Manager, joined us at Unleashed. She has a background in software development and previous training experience at Author-it where she looked after major clients through pre-sales, planning, implementation, training and rollout. She was certainly a welcome addition to the team with her experience making her an ideal match to come in and update our training resources (plus she’s absolutely lovely, she even brought in baking on her first day).
Danielle is passionate about clear communication, smooth processes and her gorgeous toddler. Not one to muck about, she’s been working away creating new content and has completed an impressive catalogue of new video tutorials. Her aim with these tutorials is that they are short and sharp, covering specific processes. Now that she’s tackled overhauling basic training, implementation tutorials will be her next big project.
The process of recording the videos meant that Danielle went through some trial and error finding the quietest corner of our Takapuna office. She also had to listen to her recorded voice a lot when editing and perfecting the videos. Even though she was getting a little bit sick of the sound of her recorded voice, we’re sure that you’ll enjoy her words of wisdom as she guides you through Unleashed!
This new improved content is housed in our new Learning Centre. The video tutorials have an overview so you can see at a glance exactly what they cover. There’s also a shiny, new Getting Started with Unleashed guide. We hope that you find these resources helpful, and welcome your feedback so that we can provide the best resources to assist you in getting the most out of Unleashed.
