Continuing the positive momentum of 2013 and ending the year on a high, we’ve got some fantastic new features and improvements that we’re excited to offer all Unleashed customers. Today’s release has three new features:

Date format flexibility

This has been hotly demanded, especially by our US-based customers. Hopefully this will remove any confusion around dates; we know not everyone does things the same way so now the power is in our customers’ hands. There are a few different formats to choose from including a handy three letter month format.

Product Image

As the old adage goes, a picture is worth a thousand words and now all Unleashed customers will be able to upload an image against a product. This is a biggie and we know it’ll make Unleashed even better to use having that extra clarity that a picture can provide. A lot of customers have been hanging out for this feature, and it’s an area that will continue to grow and evolve in future releases.

There’s a handy step by step tutorial here.

Coded Stock Adjustments
This will enable customers to specify a particular account code for stock adjustments going through to their accounting provider. This simplifies the admin process as the correct account is selected at the time of sending an adjustment through. Having this taken care of right then and there means less backtracking and trying to remember things after the fact. We love giving customers gains in efficiency like this!

Looking to 2014, there are some exciting features to come for Unleashed. Please continue to provide feedback on our feature request forum as this is really helpful to gauge demand so that we can prioritise new features.

The fantastic new image feature!
