Building Customer Trust

The gravity of businesses moving to online applications now is amazing.  But harnessing this activity requires more than a pretty website and a few features.

Building trust with customers is still the most important aspect of doing business – especially when selling online.  Everything we say, we do or are doing, and communication with our customers is the most vital aspect of our work…  and we take all customer interactions incredibly seriously.

Trust building begins as soon as you enter Unleashed.  We have employed the most amazing people entrusted with the sole purpose of ensuring you know what Unleashed can and cannot do, what the plans are for future and how best to implement Unleashed into your business processes, and what business processes may need amending.  This team is dedicated to building trust as soon as you ‘walk in our door’ to look in to the software.

In early 2012 I took on the responsibility of coaching a bunch of customers and the results on those businesses (and our brand) was amazing.  It was late last year we added a free scoping service for our potential clients to help them quickly understand if Unleashed would “fit” their inventory requirements. And in the coming weeks we will make it even easier to register for this service with one of our Guru’s.  We will open it up to existing customers too who jumped in without hesitation – which is an amazing testimony in itself.

We know it can be time consuming scouring the internet for a good online inventory solution and also a bit scary committing to change. This simple service has been great to build user confidence in moving to Unleashed and just as importantly, ascertaining quickly if it is not the right move.

From my experience I have found that clearly understanding three key areas of business process is the best place to start:

• How do you get stock in to you business?
• How do you manage stock once you have it?
• How do you get stock out of your business?

It sounds too easy but I am continually surprised at the terrible processes and practices used by businesses to manage stock flow.

Of course Unleashed has many more features than just purchasing, stock takes, assembly and sales but often simply breaking business processes down into these three areas of operation can lead to good clarity and decision making.

If you want to be booked in for a free scope to go through any details, please contact us to get things moving.
