In 2014, co-founders Richard and Nadia Magney spotted a gap in the Australian market for cold pressed juice. Today, Botanica serves up refreshing cold pressed juice that’s clean, wholesome and truthful on their labels.

Not only do they sell their cold pressed juice at sophisticated, trendy cafes and restaurants, but you’ll also spot them on the shelves of stockists such as Harris Farm Markets, David Jones, and Costco; they also partner up with Qantas to bring their juice to flights and airport lounges across Australia.

Visibility from production to customer

As Botanica grew, they started taking on larger customers. “We had to ensure all records were up to date and instantaneous,” says Nadia. They were also required to maintain visibility over their raw materials to capture their cost of batch production. “We needed to ensure that every piece of raw material on site was put into a batch…and [trace] who it was sold to.”

Cloudsolve, an Unleashed Implementation Partner, introduced Botanica to Unleashed Software. “With the fluctuation of the price of raw materials, Unleashed allows us to instantly capture that cost,” explains Nadia.

“Cloudsolve is a consultancy working with small and medium businesses, putting in systems they need to run their businesses better,” explains Rhys Roberts, director of Cloudsolve. They serve clients all around Australia to help them look for solutions that add value. “Unleashed really hits that sweet spot – it’s easy to use but delivers enough functionality. It’s really good for businesses such as Botanica, where they’ve got multiple products, multiple prices, and complexity in their business.”

Implementing with the help of Cloudsolve

Cloudsolve started by understanding Botanica’s business. As Rhys says, “that’s the heart of any implementation…once we understand their problem we can recommend the best solution.” In this case, the best solution for Botanica was Unleashed. After much discussion, Cloudsolve were able to understand how they run the business and what issues they were trying to address.

Why work with an Implementation Partner?

There are many benefits of recruiting an experienced Implementation Partner to help your company get started with Unleashed. “Using a system is something you’ll do everyday, you need to get good at it. Setting it up is something you’ll only do once and it’s really hard to do it well,” Rhys shares. With an Implementation Partner, businesses will be able to get up to speed with the new software much quicker, and unlock better uses of the software for their business processes.

“I would certainly recommend Cloudsolve to work with to implement Unleashed,” says Nadia. They had such a great result that they’re continuing to work with Cloudsolve to implement other software for their business!
