BI Vision – View purchases value over time
The Purchases chart displaying number of purchases over time now includes the value of those purchases over time. This allows you to easily view both metrics simultaneously and identify relationships between these metrics.

Create Credit Notes via the API
With this enhancement, your integration partner or developer can now connect their interface to Unleashed to create ‘free’ (not connected to Unleashed invoices) warehouse transfer transactions via the API for you. Click on ‘More Info’ below to find the API documentation.

Save and share BI Vision views
Navigating and sharing information from BI Vision just got a whole lot easier.
Apply filters to create unique URLs (web addresses). Save or bookmark your filtered view in your browser and return to it at any time. You can also share the unique URL to share your filtered view with others.

New BI Vision KPI: Units Sold
In your Sales context of BI Vision, you will now see a new KPI tile for total sales for units sold. Slice and dice your data to view total units sold across dates and dimensions such as sales person, products, regions and more.

Improved data filtering in BI Vision
It’s easier to see what you really want to know at a glance. Within the menu of each dimension, you can now search and select multiple items to quickly select or filter out items to view more specific results.
Further refine your view by a custom date range and see year-on-year comparisons. This option is available now in your date menu.

Import Assemblies

Better manage Sales Shipments
Sales Shipment just got a booster. You can create invoices and dispatch shipments in bulk. You can also auto-assign the oldest serial and batch numbers for shipments, all from the shipments screen.

Assign Ship Note Templates to Customers
You will likely already be familiar with how you can assign templates against customers for quotes, orders, invoices and packing slips. You can now do the same for Ship Note templates — the designated template will automatically populate when you ship products out to the respective customer.

Export BI data
You can now export your BI dashboard data as a CSV file so you can easily see full details and further manipulate the raw data. With this update, you can also choose to view as many results as you like on your BI dashboards. This feature is available for BI Vision users only.

Share costs across multiple Purchase Orders
You can now apply shared costs, such as shipping, across multiple purchase orders.
This function enables you to proportionately distribute shared costs against multiple purchase orders, saving you precious time and ensures accuracy.

You can now add 2 new columns to your View Customers screen. Last Order Date and Sales Group can be selected in hidden columns and dropped into your view to give you quick visibility of when your customers have last ordered and where these orders are coming from.

Create a Combined Picklist template
You can now create a template for your Combined Picklist in the Doc Designer. This document can also be printed in the bulk action cog in View Sales Orders.

View supplier lead times for products
You will now be able to see lead times for individual products at a glance on the View Products page.
Not every product coming from a supplier will have the same lead time. This is great for customers who purchase a variety of products with different lead times.

Add purchase costs to your Purchase Orders
A Purchase Cost grid is now available to be added to you POs in Doc Designer. Use this to add purchase cost information such as supplier name, cost, cost date, exchange rates and more.

View Sales Orders against Auto Assemblies
Sales Order has been added as a hidden column in the View Assemblies table. Drag and drop this column in your table to now see and hyperlink to the Sales Orders that correspond to your Auto Assemblies.

Display product serial numbers, batch numbers and batch expiry dates on your sales orders, invoices and picklists. Simply create a new template, select the sales/invoice/picklist LineGrid and drop in serial/batch from the Components list. Remember to save and use your new template!
