B2B Store – Free Freight for Orders Over Value Threshold
One of our most popular B2B requests is now live! It’s a great way to incentivise bigger orders – and save a whole lot of processing time if you’re already offering free freight options.
With this update, you can set order value thresholds so your customers automatically receive free shipping when their basket reaches this value.
B2B Store – Customisable Catalog Fields
With this small change you can customise your B2B Store that little bit more, with the option to use formatting and fonts in line with your branding.
In your settings, you’ll see two fields have changed from a plain text field editor to a rich text field editor:
- Main Title of Your Catalog
- Catalog Page Summary
Look out for more updates in the near future to customise your store even further!
Purchase Orders – 2 Minor but Mighty Updates
You’ll notice 2 minor changes on your Purchase Order pages – they may be small, but they’ll make a big difference to your purchasing and receipting workflows:
- Supplier Product Code has been added to the order line on each Purchase order, to assist with your receipting process
- Receipted Date and Completed Date fields are now included in the header for each Purchase Order, and you can add these as columns on the View Purchases page
API Updates – July and August
There have been updates to several API endpoints in July and August. If you have a custom integration, we recommend you get in touch with your provider to find out if these will affect your integration.

Purchase Orders – New Cost Distribution Methods
For more accurate Purchase Order costs – without extra time-consuming manual work – you can now select from 4 different ways to split costs for an order:
- Value
- Volume
- Weight
- Quantity
Even better – you can set this either at a company level, or for specific suppliers.
PDF File Names – Option to Exclude Timestamp
Annoyed at having to change file names of PDFs you’ve generated from Unleashed because they include a timestamp?
Great news – you can now change your settings so the timestamp is not included in your PDF names. Head to Settings | Company | Settings to toggle this on or off.
- Example name with timestamp ON: Sales Order_SO-00000001_2020.01.01_12.30.00.pdf
- Example name with timestamp OFF: Sales Order_SO-00000001.pdf

Well, now you can. On the Inventory tab of each Product Record, you’ll see a ‘Quick Transfer’ button. Select this, choose your Source and Destination Warehouses, input the quantity – and select tracking numbers if your product has batch or serial tracking. Easy.
Note: When using the Quick Transfer button, you can only include a single product and cannot add comments to the transaction.
AIM Product Forecast – Interval Purchases
If you resupply your stock regularly – for example, every 7 or 14 days – AIM now gives you an easy way to visualise your Forecast and Stock on Hand under these conditions.
Launch Product Forecast and view the graph ‘New stock levels with Forecast & SOH graph’, and you’ll see the button ‘Interval Purchases’. Simply input your purchase interval and start date, and see how your stock levels change.
Delete Assembly – Pop-up Warning for Related Purchase Order(s)
Ever deleted an Assembly in Unleashed, and forgotten to cancel or update the purchase order(s) for it?
Now Unleashed helps you avoid this costly mistake of purchasing extra goods for cancelled Assemblies. When you delete an Assembly, you’ll see a warning message giving you hyperlink(s) to the exact Purchase Orders you’ll need to review.
Note: This warning message will not appear if you delete multiple Assemblies using the bulk action cog.
Shopify – Automated Restocks and Refunds
For Shopify users we’ve got a great update that could save you hours each month by taking the manual work out of managing your returns workflow.
With each credit created in Shopify, you can now set your integration to import value and/or stock credits into Unleashed – meaning your stock on hand and revenue are accurate in Unleashed.
To enable this feature, head to Shopify in eCommerce Hub and select ‘Configure’ for your store, then:
- On your configuration page, toggle on the ‘Shopify Restocks and Refunds’ option
- Click ‘refresh connection’, top right, to ensure you have the latest version of the integration.
Tip: Ensure you have a Free Credit Customer to select as the account where credits will be created in Unleashed.

If you use Unleashed Assemblies for production, this update will make managing assembly costs much easier – especially if you produce bespoke or make-to-order items that require costing.
For any Assembly created from a Sales Order, you’ll now see the tab ‘Supplier Costs’ where you can add cost lines to your record.

AIM Product Forecast – Daily Chart
This enhancement to your Product Forecast Stock on Hand chart means it displays daily figures rather than monthly ones – so you’ll see how your strategy will accommodate your forecast demand in more detail, and can spot if a stockout occurs at any point during a month.
Tip: You can select part of the chart to zoom into an area of interest, and hold the control key to scroll along the chart.
AIM Product Forecast – New Historic Performance Charts
On each of your individual product forecast pages you’ll find two new charts that give you a quick and easy way to review historical sales, stock on hand and purchase data – so you can make informed decisions on your strategy.
Tip: Click the double arrow at the top of the Historic Performance panel to expand your graphs – you can then select an area to drill down into the detail.
AIM Product Forecast – New Bulk Action Cog on Demand and Forecast Table
On each of your individual product forecast pages you’ll see a new action cog on your Demand and Forecast table.
It’s small and easy to miss – but it’ll save you a stack of time, since you can use it to quickly set forecast quantities for multiple months using a seasonal or linear model.
View Products – New Production Tab for Related BOMs
If you manufacture or assemble goods, this update gives you an efficient way to find the BOMs related to each of your products or components.
Head to Inventory and select the product you wish to explore, and you’ll see a new Production tab – click on this to see all BOMs related to that product, including obsolete BOMs.
Advanced Inventory Manager – Forecasting
The new forecasting feature in Advanced Inventory Manager helps you future-proof your stock levels and eliminate guesswork from your purchasing – with accurate predictions of the inventory cover you need for upcoming demand peaks.
With AIM forecasting you can generate seasonal forecasts based off prior performance – and product lifecycle trends – without the need for complicated and time-consuming spreadsheets.
New Module – Advanced Inventory Manager (AIM)
Advanced Inventory Manager — or AIM — is our brand-new inventory planning and demand forecasting tool.
It uses your Unleashed transaction data to find an optimal stock position for every different part, product or ingredient in your portfolio.
AIM puts you back in control, helping you eliminate stockouts, reduce excess capital tied up in overstocked products, streamline your purchasing and improve cash flow.
Watch out for even more improvements to this module coming soon, including demand forecasting.
Sales Invoices – New Related Credits Tab
There’ll be less confusion and fewer errors on the status of your credits with this update, which links your Credit transactions to the relevant Sales Invoice.
When you view an invoice, you’ll now see a ‘Credits’ tab that indicates how many credits you have for that invoice. Simply click on this tab to see the stage your credit is at – returned, not returned, or incomplete.
Bulk Update Purchase Order Statuses
You can now save time by bulk updating your Purchase Order statuses – and you can even use the custom statuses you’ve created.
Simply select the Purchase Orders you wish to update, then head to the bulk action cog and select ‘Change Status’.
Totals in Customer Currency – Sales Quotes, Invoices and Orders
To streamline your quoting and billing process, you can now display totals in your customers’ currency on quotes, invoices and orders.
Business Intelligence – View Chart Data
You can now view the data behind your BI charts quickly and easily – and without doing a data export.
Simply click the 9-dot icon at the top right of any of your BI charts and your data appears. You can then easily export it by clicking the 3-dot menu and selecting Export.
Purchase Orders – Supplier Product Description Column
To assist with your purchasing workflows, you now have the option to add the column Supplier Product Description to your Purchase Orders from the Hidden Columns list.
Shopify Order Editing
Need to change a Shopify order after it’s come into Unleashed – for example, your customer’s made a mistake, or you need to make a product swap? This update makes it easy – and you won’t have to recreate the Sales Order.
You can adjust both line items and header details on orders you need to change. To do so, ensure you’ve enabled Unleashed Manual Order Edits in your Configuration Settings for each store.
Tip: Edits will not sync back to Shopify, so ensure these match in both systems before you complete the Sales Order.
Custom Sizing – Document Designer Templates
With this improvement you can resize any of your Document Designer templates, so you can customise your document sizes for any purpose.
You might use these as in-house shipping or assembly job cards, for instance.
BI Vision – Customise Chart Types
BI Vision now gives you the flexibility to view your data in the chart type of your choice – either a pie chart, or a vertical or horizontal bar chart.
Small but Powerful Updates – February
They may be minor, but these updates could be just what you need to make your everyday tasks easier:
- Sales Orders – New Related Credits Tab. Your credits will be automatically linked to this tab if they are connected to an invoice from the same sales order, and the tab will display information such as status, value and whether stock has been returned.
- Settings – Turn off Automatic PDF Downloads According to Transaction Type. You’re now able to select whether you want to automatically generate and download transaction documents. Head to your Company Settings, where you’ll find toggles to easily select your preferences under Print Settings.
See ‘More info’ below for a complete list and details of the latest enhancements in the Change Log.
Custom Purchase Order Statuses
This update lets you add up to 10 custom statuses for your purchase orders – so you can create statuses relevant to your workflow and focus on these as and when needed.
We’ve also made a change so you can add a new status when doing a bulk status change – you can do this for sales orders, assemblies and purchase orders.

These two updates streamline your assemblies workflow – especially if you’re making bespoke products.
You can now create an assembly without a bill of materials – which creates a blank assembly where you can add components.
And if you’ve got a new bespoke item to produce, you’ve now got an efficient way to create your Assembly for it – just set up a new product record, then select Create Assembly from the product dropdown. Easy!
BI Vision – One-Click Access from Main Dashboard

You can now set Unleashed to automatically assign the oldest batch or serial number to your components – just check the ‘Auto Assign Oldest Batch/Serial’ box on your Bill of Materials.
Sales Orders – Create Shipments in Bulk
This update lets you create shipments for multiple sales orders in one go – streamlining your order processes and saving you time.
It’s easy – head to the View Sales Order screen and select the new Create Shipments option from the bulk action cog, and this will create a parked shipment for the sales orders you’ve selected.
Small but Powerful Updates – November
These two small but mighty updates streamline your sales and purchase workflows:
- Backorder Enquiry. You can now filter sales orders by your custom statuses – these are included in the ‘Order Status’ dropdown list.

See ‘More info’ below for a complete list and details of the latest enhancements in the Change Log.

It’s easy – head to any of your BI contexts and select ‘New Custom Layout’ from the dropdown menu to move, resize, rearrange, remove & add KPI tiles.
You can also give your custom layout a unique name – and delete custom layouts if you no longer need them.

For more streamlined traceability, Auto-assembly is now available for your batch- and serial-tracked products:
- To use this feature, head to your BOM and toggle on ‘Can Auto-Assemble’
- Select the batch & serial numbers for your assembled and component products to complete the Auto-assembly

You have more control over customer payments – and managing credit and cashflow is easier – with this update to the B2B store. You can now enforce payment at an account level – meaning no more waiting for customers to pay for their orders
To use this feature, head to store settings > payment settings, and toggle on ‘Enable payments for registered customers’. You can then specify which customers have to ‘place order and pay’ when they reach the checkout.
File Library – Central File Management Page
This update to File Library streamlines your document management by giving you a single page where you can upload, view and attach files in bulk – halving the number of clicks needed to manage files.
Head to File Library, the new tab under Settings in Unleashed. Here you can:
- Bulk upload files
- Bulk attach up to 50 files to entities such as products and customers
- Link up to 50 entities to each file
- Detach files and view storage usage
- Search for files and view up to 50 per page
- Sort files with options such as ‘last attached’ and ‘latest’
Note: If you don’t see File Library under Settings, contact your account owner to request the correct permissions.
Multiple Units of Measure
Multiple Units of Measure (MUoM) is a major new feature to streamline bulk purchases.
By letting you buy goods in bulk and automatically convert these into the units your business uses, MUoM gives you:
- Greater flexibility and accuracy with your purchasing
- Accurate reorder reports for streamlined re-stocking
- Fewer products to maintain
- Less reliance on auto-disassembly.
You might purchase a carton of goods and convert these into individual items, for instance. Or you might purchase goods in imperial units and convert them to metric units.
Customers – Search by Email Address or Postal Code
Have you ever searched for a customer only to find you have two or three of the same name?
This update solves the problem by letting you input an email or postal code as part of your search, meaning your results are narrowed down to the customer you’re looking for without extra hassle.
B2B Home Page – Display 8 Popular Categories
Show off more of your popular categories and increase sales with this update to your store, which lets you display 8 popular categories on your homepage – an increase from the previous limit of 4.
Sales Orders – Set Minimum Order Values
This update gives you greater control over your sales orders by letting you set a minimum order value that triggers a pop-up warning.
Head to Settings > Company, and click on the Configuration tab to set your minimum order value. This then triggers a warning when users attempt to complete a sale, or convert a Quote to a Sales Order, below your minimum value.
Access the Change Log Via the In-app Menu
This enhancement makes it easy to keep up with the latest product updates. Head to the Help menu at the top right of your Unleashed screen and select Change Log to view these.
BI-powered Stock Movement Enquiry
This new version of your Stock Movement Enquiry is powered by Unleashed BI – meaning it generates your report much more quickly than previously.
We’ve also added the new filter ‘Product Group’, giving you an extra option for narrowing down your data.
Pro Tip: The first time you run this report, it may take a little longer to load, so we suggest running the report for a shorter timeframe.
B2B Store – Set Minimum Order Values
You can now set minimum order values in your B2B store so customers can only place orders above a certain value, ensuring your orders are large enough to meet your freight, production or purchasing requirements.
BI-Powered Hover Window – Top 10 Products
This new BI-powered feature gives you access to rich insights into your customers’ buying habits on the fly – so you can decide on what to up-sell and cross-sell straight from your Sales Orders.
You’ll now see a lightbulb icon next to your customer’s name in each Sales Order. Hover over this icon and a floating box will appear with contact information of that customer and their top 10 products for the last 12 months.
For even deeper insights, click on the ‘Explore more with Business Intelligence’ hyperlink in the hover window to view your BI Vision Sales page in a new tab.
Please note: Your account needs to be subscribed to the BI Vision module and your user role needs permission to access this page.
Amazon – Assign Batch and/or Serial Numbers Automatically
This update to your Amazon integration streamlines order management by letting you automatically assign batches and/or serial numbers to orders via Amazon Fulfilled by Merchant (AFM) – ensuring they’re correct, and reducing manual entry.
File Library – Add Attachments to Transactions Emails
Emailing your inventory files becomes seamless with this latest update to File Library. You can now attach files to emails you send from any of your Transactions pages.
The uses are almost endless – you can attach any files uploaded to the transaction, or files uploaded to the transaction’s customers, suppliers and products. These attachments are in addition to any standard email template attachments.
Please note: This feature is not available on Small Plans.
Amazon – Option to Disable Product Synchronisation
Your Amazon integration now has more flexibility when it comes to product management, with the option to disable product detail synchronisation between Amazon and Unleashed.
Note: Product description will always sync for your initial import and export.
Create Assemblies Directly from Sales Orders
You can kick off your production processes seamlessly and eliminate double-handling with this new feature, which gives you the option to create an Assembly straight from a Sales Order.
It’s easy – just use your bulk action cog, select ‘Create Assembly’ and follow the prompts.
BI Vision Inventory – Clarity on your KPI Quantities
You’ll have greater clarity on your product quantities in BI Vision with the addition of unit numbers for these KPIs:
- Stock on hand value
- Allocated stock value
- Available stock value
- Open purchase order value
- Backorder value
You’ll also see quantities displayed on your timeline chart, to give you a view of unit number over time. And to make viewing your quantities possible as you scroll down the page, these are also included in your ‘sticky’ navigation panel.
BI Vision Targets and Tracking – Links to Specific KPIs in Notifications
Your BI insights are even more accessible with changes we’ve made to your weekly update email.
For each of your KPIs your email now provides a more targeted link that takes you directly to the corresponding target in BI Vision Plus: Gross Profit, Gross Profit %, or Sales Revenue.
Shopify – New ‘Retain Tracking URL’ Switch for Fufilments
To give you more control over how your Shopify tracking information syncs with Unleashed, we’ve introduced a new switch on your Shopify configuration page, ‘Retain Tracking URL’.
- Switch this on if Shopify is your source for tracking numbers: once your order is completed in Unleashed, your clickable shipping carrier URL will remain visible in Shopify.
- Or if you use Unleashed as the source for your tracking numbers, switch this off so Shopify generates the correct URL.
B2B eCommerce – User-friendly Updates to the Request Access Form
Requesting access to your B2B store is now clearer and simpler for your customers with these two updates:
- Your customers will now see an ‘Optional’ tag on fields that are not required.
- The description of each field is now outside each response box, so this label doesn’t disappear as your customers enter their information.
Shopify – Export Stock On Hand from Unleashed
With this update, you can ensure Stock On Hand figures are sent across to Shopify for products that haven’t had stock movement since your last export – so you no longer need to carry out a manual adjustment or transfer for these.
To make sure your SOH is exported accurately, head to the Manage Your Products tab in eCommerce Hub, select the items you want to transfer stock information for, and save your configuration.
Shopify – Option for Fulfilment Email Notification
This update lets you choose to have an email notification automatically sent to your customers via Shopify when Unleashed marks their order as fulfilled – meaning less admin time and more efficient communication with your customers.
To enable this feature, head to your Shopify configuration settings in eCommerce Hub, where you’ll find a new switch for Email Notifications at the bottom of the page.
Pro Tip: This feature can only be used if you have turned on Keep Shipments and Fulfillments in Sync on your Shopify configuration page.
B2B eCommerce – Page Navigation Functionality
Your customers will find navigating your B2B store quicker and simpler with these updates:
- At the bottom of each page seven page numbers are displayed that your customers can click on, rather than one – making it easier to jump across multiple pages.
- Or your customers can use the new ‘Go to’ field on the page to move directly to a page they specify.
- Your customers also have more options and a higher limit for the number of items displayed on each page: 20, 40, 60, 80 or 100.
Inventory – Display Default Sell and Purchase Prices
You’ll have better visibility over your Product information with this update, which gives you the option to display default sell and purchase prices on your View Products grid in the Inventory module.
To customise your grid so you can view the information you need, use the Hidden Columns button to hide or display columns.
Sales Order Numbers Linked to Sales Quotes
To give you better visibility over which sales quotes have been accepted and which still require action, you’ll now find Sales Order references in your Sales Quotes.
Use the View Quotes grid to see an individual quote, and here you will see the corresponding Sales Order number. If you have more than one order linked to a single quote, click on ‘Sales Order Number’ to see a list of associated orders.
For an overview of which quotes are linked to orders – and vice versa – we’ve also made changes to your Enquiry pages:
- The Sales Enquiry now has the option to include a Sales Quote Number column and filter
- The Quote Enquiry now has the option to include a Sales Order Number column and filter
File Library – Email Interface Updates
You’ll notice some changes when you send an email from one of your transactions pages in Unleashed:
- You’ll now see an email window on your page that you can minimise and reopen as needed.
- Completed email addresses in the ‘To’ and ‘CC’ fields are now detected, so you don’t need to separate these using commas.
- If you click on the ‘To’ field, you’ll see a list of email address options for that customer or supplier – simply click on these to select your recipient(s).
Watch this space – some great new File Library features are on their way.
File Library – Attach Documents to Templates
File Library – our new file storage feature released in 2022 – now comes with the option to attach a file to your email templates.
What this means is that you can choose to include an attachment with every email of a single type. You might attach T&Cs or Returns documentation to all of your Sales Orders, for instance.
BI Vision Sales – Identify Free Credits
Wanting to know which customers have received free products, or the value of these?
On the BI Vision Sales page, you’ll see that Free Credits and Credits are now displayed separately when you view Sales Revenue by transaction type, so you can see the difference between the two.
Pro Tip: Click on Free Credits in the transactions section to find more information, such as the products and customers your free credits are for.
Doc Designer – Remove Blank Address Lines
You’ll be able to create cleaner and more readable documents with this update, which lets you suppress blank address lines.
It’s super easy to use – head to the Doc Designer Toolbox, where you’ll find ‘Remove Blank Address Lines’ under Basic Components. Drop this component onto the template, and resize it to encompass the address fields to remove any blank address lines.
Doc Designer – Option to Include Serial and Batch Numbers
Wanting to gain better access to batch and serial numbers – and improve traceability? You can with this feature, which lets you add batch and serial numbers to your grid lines in a whole new range of documents – so you’re able to include these on the first page of documents such as:
- Warehouse Transfers
- Assemblies
- Packing Slips
- Ship Notes
- Credit Notes
You might record batch numbers on your packing slips to ensure the correct batch is picked, for instance. Or you might record the batch number of an item you’ve issued a credit note for.
Business Intelligence is Getting Smarter
With our updates to BI this month, you’ll find tracking your KPIs that much simpler – and we’re preparing for more great improvements:
- We’ve released a new page for the main BI dashboard – paving the way for the ability to customise your BI dashboard in the near future. Watch this space!
- You’ll find it easier to review BI Vision targets for the current period with changes to the grid layout, including the addition of a new Selected Year Sales Revenue column.
- Adding and editing your BI Vision notification rules just got easier: simply click anywhere on the page to dismiss the success notification for your changes.
B2B eCommerce – Products, Request Access Form & Shipping Address Updates
Several enhancements to B2B eCommerce in May make using your store easier – for both you and your customers:
- Your B2B store now only shows those categories that have Products assigned to them, so your customers only see relevant category options.
- Your customers’ Shipping Addresses are now ordered alphanumerically – so they can find and select their delivery details with ease.
- The B2B Request Access form for customers now has 9 new fields – such as address and EORI number – which reduces the extra admin needed to sign new clients up to your Unleashed B2B store.
B2B eCommerce – Barcode Search Functionality
With this update you can now search for items in your B2B store by scanning or inputting a barcode number – simplifying the process of finding items in your catalogue.
If you use the B2B store for sales in a setting like a showroom or wine cellar, you can also use this barcode functionality to search for products and add them to your customer’s cart to streamline your sales process.
BI Vision – ‘Go to Vision Plus’ Button
Enjoy easier navigation with the new BI Vision Plus button, which takes you straight to the Vision Plus page. Your system will even remember which measure you’re viewing, and auto-select this when you arrive at Vision Plus.
Purchases – Customisable Purchase Order Grid
You can now customise the purchase order grid by hiding the fields you don’t need, including image, delivery date, landed cost, and more! And you can now save these display settings so you see the information you need by default.
To hide columns or make them visible, simply drag and drop them into the hidden columns box or onto the grid – just like in any other Unleashed report.
BI Vision – New ‘Sticky’ Navigation Panel
You’ll find changing KPIs and filters more user-friendly with the new ‘sticky’ control panel in BI Vision.
So what do we mean by ‘sticky’? It means that instead of having to scroll up the page to view your KPI values and filters panel, this now ‘sticks’ to the top of your screen – so you can view and change these no matter where you are on the page.
B2B eCommerce – Multi-Select and New Filters
This time-saving update gives you more options for filtering Customers and Products in your B2B store.
You can now select and combine multiple filters – and use additional filter options like Product Status – to find what you need in one go. This is especially handy for bulk actions (e.g. ‘Make Sellable’ in Products), which can be applied to your filtered results.
BI Vision – Quantities on Purchases Dashboard
This latest update to your BI Vision means your dashboard now displays quantities of product for orders, orders received and returned orders – so you can see at a glance how many units there are for each of these categories.
B2B eCommerce – Never Diminishing Products
With this enhancement to the B2B store, your never-diminishing products will always be displayed as in stock. This means customers will see these products as available for purchase – increasing your potential sales, and reducing the manual work of responding to customer queries about stock levels and alternatives.
BI Vision – A Boost to Inventory, Sales and Notifications
With our latest updates to Business Intelligence, you have even more options for product filtering and notifications, and you can see sales trends at a glance:
- With the new dimension Product Type, you can filter according to categories such as components and assembled products.
- Your sales timeline chart now displays a sales trend line so you can see trends at a glance – and you can cross-filter to view trends for specific Products or Product Groups.
- And you’re now able to select Partner account holders as recipients for your BI Targets and Tracking notifications.
File Library
Support and improve important Unleashed workflows for you, your customers and suppliers with this new document attachment feature – File Library.
With File Library, you can attach files of up to 20MB to your transactions, customers, suppliers and products. To help you use this new feature, we’ve increased your free storage to 10GB – 10 times the previous limit – with the option to add more.
API: Supplier information fields
This API update means you can access more supplier information through your third-party integration, without logging in to Unleashed. You’ll be able to make informed decisions on suppliers based on the new fields available:
- Address
- Obsolete / active status
- Lead time
- Supplier’s tax rate
You can also use the ‘Modified since’ filter to extract only the relevant data.
BI Vision – Products and Customers Bar Charts
We’ve updated the Products and Customers charts on the BI Vision, Sales page to provide you with clearer and richer information. These charts now display your top 25 customers or products by default – rather than giving you the segmented pentile chart you used to see.
You can easily change your view of this data – to your top 100 products or customers, or a view of your customers and products segmented according to revenue.
Pro tip: If you want to view a full list of all Products or Customers for these charts you can use the export to CSV (all) feature.
BI Vision – New Sales Revenue Dimensions
We’ve added several new dimensions to the Sales context of BI Vision to give you even more insights – view your Sales Revenue by:
- Sales group
- Warehouse
- Transaction type
For each of these dimensions, BI Vision generates a bar chart with data and rankings according to Sales Revenue – so you have full visibility over these categories and how these factors impact your revenue.
BI Vision – Sales Channel Bar Chart
You’ll notice that the Sales Channel pie chart is now presented in bar chart format.
This update allows Sales Channel data to be represented more clearly, allowing for negative Sales Revenue values.
BI – Full page screenshot
Easily capture, export and share data from Sales and Customers with this update in BI Foundation and BI Vision.
Take full page screenshots of your BI Sales or Customer pages. Each screen shot captures the entire screen – above the fold and below – and includes a link to the corresponding BI page. This function is particularly useful if you want to capture a filtered view and share it for further reporting.
BI Foundation – CSV Export
We’ve also made it easier to capture, export and share data from Sales and Customers in BI Foundation.
Exporting timeline charts is now available on the Foundation pages for Sales and Customers (already available in BI Vision), so you can export in different file types including CSV. This nifty function is useful for further analysis or sharing.
BI Vision Plus – More Notification Options
Keep an eye on your transactions without logging into Unleashed. With this update to BI Vision you can now select these additional measures to include in your automatic BI email updates:
- Low stock levels
- Batch Expiry
- Open Shipments
You can also add your top 5 products and customers to your email notifications, and set a date range for these that suits your needs – either month to date, year to date, or last month.
API: Warehouse Stock Transfer – New Filter “Modified Since”
API users can now use the filter “Modified Since” to retrieve warehouse stock transfers edited or created after the date you’ve specified.
This means you can access the latest and most relevant data on your transfers – making it quicker and easier to locate the information you need.
You’ll find this enhancement helpful if you use the API to send warehousing data to third party software – for example, your logistics provider.
API: Stock Level Alerts for Individual Warehouses
With this update, you can now receive stock alerts via the API for each of your warehouses, rather than an overall stock level for all of your warehouses.
With alerts for minimum and maximum stock in each of your warehouses, you’ll have a clearer view of what products you have and where – and what you need to reorder, transfer or sell.
You’ll find this useful if you communicate warehouse stock information via the API – for instance, if you’re using reporting or reordering software.
API: Customer Contacts for Sales Orders
If you use the API for sales order information, you can now include delivery details with each sales order – in other words, you can send through the relevant contact details for each order via the API.
This means accurate delivery information is pulled through without manual data entry, to ensure you send the right order to the right contact.
BI Vision Plus
BI Vision Plus – our latest Business Intelligence enhancement – is a powerful feature that gives you a quick and accurate way to track your sales performance against set targets.
With the new targets and tracking feature, you can add targets for sales revenue, gross profit, and gross profit % – and your Unleashed app generates attractive graphs and tables so you can view this data easily.
BI Vision Plus also lets you create and edit automated notification rules so performance updates are emailed straight to your inbox, giving you a high-level view of how your business is tracking without even logging in to Unleashed.

ICC Fields in the Data Exporter
In the Data Exporter we’ve added International Commerce Code (ICC) fields to the purchase order, sales order and sales shipment templates. You can now select ICC fields to add to the file you’re exporting – including EORI number, commerce and country codes, warehouses and more. You’ll find these additions helpful if you use these data exports in your automated processes, or if your third-party logistics partner relies on these files.
Additional Columns in the Purchase Enquiry
We’ve added several new columns in the Purchase Enquiry Report to enhance your purchase order management. You can now sort and view by supplier reference, volume and weight of the product, and receipted quantity. Your report also includes purchase order comments, which are pulled through automatically from your purchase orders.
