In setting up your B2B eCommerce store, you have to take care of the people that matter most – your customers!
Are your customers ready to shop on your B2B eCommerce store? The B2B portal uses customer details from Unleashed so it’s important that your customer records are up to date within Unleashed.
Before you invite your customers to join your B2B eCommerce store, ensure that their details are accurate. Start by making sure details like default currency, pricing tiers, any special pricing, and even contact information are correct within Unleashed.
When all your customers have the correct details populated, invite them to your store through the Manage Customers tab in the B2B store. This will display all your customers in Unleashed so you can select the customers you want to invite to your store.
