It is essential that the lines of communication between the two parties are clear and accessible at all times. Failing to do so can result in delays or mishaps during the order fulfilment process.

To avoid this, keep in regular contact with your fulfilment company and give them easy access to any important changes in data or information that they may need to be made aware of.
