Sales module: Overview
Unleashed gives you flexibility and accuracy in managing your sales, making it easy for you to monitor all of your business’ transactions. By using our sales module, you can get full visibility and accurate reporting on margins for each product, across every sale.
To access the sales module, click ‘Sales’ on the main menu in the platform or download the easy-to-use Unleashed Sales App. Here’s an overview of what’s inside.
Use the quotes screen to create quotes and email them directly to your customers. With a click of a button, you can also transform an accepted quote into a sales order.
Unleashed’s sales order management gives you the ability to review and process orders, as well as invoice customers. You can create multiple invoices and shipments per sales order, or create a purchase order for this particular sale in just a few clicks.
You can even ship products that are currently in stock and backorder the products you are still waiting to receive from your suppliers, by selecting ‘Backorder’ instead of ‘Complete’.
Unleashed then allows you to print off any documentation you might require for your sales order processes, including:
- Picking slips
- Ship notes
- Packing slips
- Invoices (these may show your backordered products)
Unleashed offers several flexible customer return options, including the most common scenario of crediting the customer and ensuring that the stock is returned back to a specific warehouse.
That’s a brief overview of what you’ll find in the sales module, but remember that Unleashed also supports native integrations with Xero, QBO, Salesforce, Vend POS, Shopify, Magento’s eCommerce platform, and more — including our very own B2B Store. On top of that, we have a number of third party-integration partners that can connect up EDIs and custom integrations. The possibilities for what your sales team can do are limitless.
