Release Notes

In this release we see a massive amount of features and enhancements being added to the software. These are listed below:

• Cloning Sales Invoices and Purchase Orders
• Multi-Line Stock Adjustments
• Supplier Change Codes
• Separate Printing/Emailing of Sales Invoices & Packing Slips
• Default Customer Delivery Addresses
• Delivery Address Name Added to Sales & Margin Enquiry
• New Filters on the View Products screen
• Various Other Enhancements

In this release we see a lot of new features being introduced into the system. Again we have taken onboard feedback from the Unleashed Community and developed those features requested most. The features included in this release are:
 Supplier Returns
 Product Code Changes
 Copying of Products
 Unlocking of Warehouse and Tax Rates on Invoices
 Enhanced Barcode Searching
 Other Various Enhancements

In this release we see the introduction of a new way to report in Unleashed, the Easy Business Intelligence. We have upgraded all reports and many other screens throughout Unleashed to include an array of new features. In addition to this we have also added a number of enhancements to our recently released Document Designer.

With these extras it is almost like you have your very own report writer throughout Unleashed. See the rest of this document or click on the below for details of the mentioned features.

In this update we see the release of the most requested feature in our forum, the Document Designer.

It gives users the ability to create and customise multiple invoice templates, as well as purchase orders and packing slips.

In addition to the above we have also made some changes to the way the grids work. There are now Action Buttons available on most grids that give you shortcuts to the main
functions.

Couple with that the grids are now Scrollable which means you do not lose the column headers when browsing down the page.

This is the biggest release yet for Unleashed. The entire User Interface has been revamped but it is more than just a new look; it will completely change the way people use the system though several major features and enhancements summarised below:

The majority of these enhancements will drastically impact the way you use Unleashed. Through the use of the new Ribbon, Hyperlinks, Searching and Layout users will be able to complete multiple tasks with the minimum amount of navigation and disruption.

In this release we also give you the ability to set whether you want the Order date or Completed date to be used as the Invoice Date in Xero. This gives you the ability to date your invoices however you like when they get exported to Xero.

As a result of our latest release the all important Average Landed Prices of your products are now calculated a little differently.

The majority of you won't have noticed this but previously the landed price could have varied between screens in Unleashed (albeit by a few cents). To fix this and to make life easier for everybody the Average Landed Price is now calculated solely by taking the Global Stock on Hand of a product and dividing that by the product's Global Value. This means if you have no Stock on Hand then there is no way to have any stock value.

Accompanying this are some other important changes:

The new stock adjustment screen will use these global figures when calculating (see the release notes for more information on this)
The Average Landed Price is now included in the stock import template instead of the product import template (see the import manual for more information)

Please note that any old template files you have will not work when importing so you will have to get the updated file from within Unleashed.

In this release we see several major enhancements to Unleashed summarised below;

• Tax on Foreign Currencies
• Increase to four Decimal Places
• New Stock Adjustments
• Vend Integration now in Beta
• Huge amount of enhancements

The ability to add tax to transactions in foreign currencies will be a huge addition to Unleashed (especially to those selling locally in multiple currencies e.g. Candaa – USD). You will simply be able to choose what tax rate you would like to use with every one of your customers and suppliers regardless of what currency they use.

We’re very excited about this release and can’t wait for you all to take a look. We have just put the finishing touches on two massive features that most of you will undoubtedly love. These features coupled with a number of handy enhancements make us believe that you’ll also be excited as us about the release.

This is a big release for us and we are excited to show you what we have been working on.

There have been some recent updates for Unleashed that will greatly improve the user experience. We’ve made updates to the Xero connection that will reduce the regularity of re-authorizations. This will make the system much less obtrusive, and solves one of our most consistent user enquiries. 

Salespeople can now be added to your Unleashed account, and recorded on the invoices they make. This has been a frequently requested feature and we’re very excited about its inclusion in the software. This means sales and margin enquiries both can be filtered by salesperson, and a greater level of transparency then ever is now possible into your sales.
