I have a trial account and want to signup?

You need to sign up within your trial account. Even if your trial account has expired you can still login and complete the sign up process. If you have never had a trial account or your trial account has been deleted then create another trial and complete the sign up process from within your new account.

Where is my data stored?

Unleashed software is hosted at New Zealand's only tier 3 datacentre who have locations based in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Their support and performance is world class, providing fast and efficient networks, reliability and redundancy across all 3 locations. The end result means your software is safe, secure, and available 99% of the time.

How secure is my data?

We use 128 bit SSL encryption, the same used for internet banking. All passwords are encrypted. No one can access your data unless you provide access to them. Our entire database is backed up incrementally both within our hosted environment and with Plan-B to provide full Data Recovery. You can also export your data into CSV format at any time.
